Bill Martin

As an academic, Bill served as an assistant professor in the departments of History and Agricultural Economics at the University of Saskatchewan. While at the U. of S., Bill spearheaded a number of significant research projects focusing on transportation policy and systems, agricultural marketing systems, cross-border trade issues and contract resolution. Bill has taught courses in Economic and Agricultural History as well as Canadian-American Relations, and has been a speaker and guest lecturer at a number of international symposia and conferences.

Prior to his career as an academic, Bill enjoyed a varied and extensive career in business at both the senior executive and proprietor levels encompassing a number of mid-sized enterprises throughout Western Canada and the province of Quebec.
